I haven't read the book. But I love the book's title and its intent. There's no way to create excitement in your customers with a toxic workplace, a demoralized workforce who loathe the idea of Monday mornings and the slow drip torture they call their job.
Stomp the elephant. Do it for your business. Do it for your employees and do it for your customers. Do it for your family so you can go home happy from a great, exciting work day.
As the authors say a toxic workplace is toxic for their work and toxic for their lives.
